KSDK -- He has become the most critiqued figure in St. Louis sports.
Columnists are writing about Marc Bulger. And fans are airing it out on number '10' as well.
There's little question Bulger that is not throwing to an accomplished group of wide outs.
But he's also ranked 40th out of 40 in NFL passer ratings. And then there was a moment in the third quarter: the Rams needed 10 yards, but Bulger slid for only nine. The play has drawn much scrutiny.
Bulger has done some great things as the Rams quarterback and has always been respected in the locker room, but he knows this is a make or break year for him.
