Netflix may have put together the best prank of this year's April Fool's Day.

The streaming media service has two new offerings to add to its growing line of original programming: a 73-minute film titled Rotisserie Chicken and the 20-minute short Sizzling Bacon.

Let's start with the ode to poultry, which features 73 minutes of a chicken spinning in a rotisserie in reverse, starting when it's fully cooked and ending in its raw form.

"In the tradition of 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,' witness a searing, chronology-defying return to one's origins that stokes the imagination," reads a description on Netflix's website.

Even the reviews are hilarious. "A sophomoric effort. Poor use of thyme. Poorly conceived denouement, with a narrative arc which goes nowhere. Could use more garlic," reads one review.

If you don't have time for more than an hour of spinning chicken, there's the much shorter Sizzling Bacon, which shows 20 minutes of bacon frying in a pan.

"The boundaries of TV and time go up in smoke with this tasteful, 'Memento'-style puzzle that takes the viewer out of the fire and into the frying pan," reads the description.

(Hat tip to Time.)
