NEW YORK - Jimmy Fallon is no stranger to late night, but over the last three months he's put his own stamp on the legendary "Tonight Show."

Heidi Glaus recently traveled to New York and talked to him about the job, his chemistry with Justin Timberlake, and what he loves most about St. Louis.

Fallon is a surprisingly humble guy considering his long list of talents. You name it, he's done it, but these days he is feeling more pressure than ever before. Not because his name is on the "Tonight Show," but because he's a dad.

"I just hope people don't give her tapes of me doing silly stuff. I'm dressed as a giant celery stock and being lowered into the world's largest bloody Mary, that's not one of my high points," said Fallon.

Maybe not, but he's certainly had many of them and some of the most memorable involve Justin Timberlake.

"I just can't stand that guy. I really don't like him, I mean talk about acting I'm out there with a fake smile on my face," joked Fallon. "He's not that talented, he lip syncs all of his music."

But the truth is, something magical happens when they're together.

"Justin and I will email each other months before we do anything together. 'Do you think this is funny?' And then like, 'Yeah, what if we did this?' and I go, 'Oh, I love that but then let's add this song' and it just becomes the craziest," said Fallon.

Fallon's path to the "Tonight Show" has been kind of crazy.

"I just sort of lucked into this all the way through, so it's beyond a dream job for me. This is something I never thought would happen," said Fallon.

But what's really cool about Jimmy Fallon is he's taking it all end and hasn't forgotten any of the little people or places along the way.

"St. Louis! Uh, shout out to Crown Candy! I love you guys, and gosh that BLT it's still in my tummy! Thank you so much," said Fallon.

The "Tonight Show" starring Jimmy Fallon airs each weeknight at 10:35 p.m. on NewsChannel 5.
