Banana Split Protein Shake

1 cup low fat greek yogurt

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey protein powder

1-4 Pkts Stevia or low calorie sweetener of choice

1/2-1 Water (alter according to desired consistency)

½ Small Banana

1/4 cup Crushed pineapple

1/2 cup Frozen strawberries

1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

3-6 Ice cubes (alter according to desired consistency)

Optional: 1-2 tbs Reddi Whip, cherry for topping!

Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

1 Serving; 282 Calories, 3g Fat, 31g Carbohydrate, 12g Sugar, 3g Fiber, 35g Protein


Vanilla Coffee Protein Shake

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup coffee (cooled)

Stevia to taste

½ cup plain greek yogurt

½ Tbsp. vanilla extract

Handful of ice cube

Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

1 Serving; 154 Calories, 1.5g Fat, 11 Carbohydrate, 7g Sugar, 3g Fiber, 25 g Protein


Strawberry Protein Shake

1/3 cup water

1 tsp flaxseed oil or ground flaxseed

7 strawberries

2 scoops whey protein

1 cup ice

Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
