SHOW ME ST. LOUIS- Cakes are decorating St. Louis this year to celebrate the cities 250th birthday.

"When I found out they were doing cakes in St. Louis I was like OK I'm doing them all," said Denise Mausshardt, Ballwin.

Denise Mausshardt plans to pose with all 250 cakes. She's already taken pictures in with 153 cakes.

"Im no great photographer I just like to do it and I scrap book so I take pictures of everything all the time," explained Mausshardt.

The cake hopper has found some favorites.

"There's one at the Shrine at St. Joseph that is really just pretty."

Sometimes it's the cake making an impression, other times it's where the cake sits.

"The one at the Malcom Martin Park the overlook where you can see over the arch I didn't even know that place even existed so that was really fascinating."

Densie is making memories while celebrating a birthday with a photograph to make the moment last.
