We are cooking in the kitchen with L'Ecole Culinaire today! Chef Colin Shive joins us with a fantastic corn bisque with bacon and cheddar.

L'Ecole Culinaire will host a BBQ-themed Open House this Friday, May 16 from 5-8 pm. Folks who attend will learn new ways to BBQ and create their own BBQ rubs. You'll also be able to sample BBQ styles from different parts of the country and tour the campus.

L'Ecole Culinaire is currently enrolling for its next start date on Monday, June 16. New students who enroll by June 21 can get a 25% discount on their tuition towards the Culinary and Restaurant Management degree program.
