Tracy Clemons joined the NewsChannel 5 team in August 2012. He came to us from Shreveport, Louisiana. He got his start in the business at the NBC affiliate in Charlottesville, Virginia where he covered the disappearances of Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington and the murder of University of Virginia lacrosse player Yeardley Love.

Tracy is a proud alumnus of the University of Virginia. He also earned a masters degree in broadcast journalism from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland. He's a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He enjoys telling the stories that impact communities, make a difference, bring change, and make people think. And he loves hearing from viewers!
