LOS ANGELES - A former St. Louis Rams cheerleader and singer from Glen Carbon, Ill. is trying to crack the Top 10 on NBC's "The Voice."
Tess Boyer sang "I'll Be There for You" by Bon Jovi in Monday night's live show. She's competing against 11 other finalists for a spot in the Top 10. Her coach, Shakira, told her she was amazing and nailed it.
NewsChannel 5 caught up with Tess' family and friends at a watch party at Pizza World in Granite City, and they have a message for St. Louisans.
"We need St. Louis to really, really stand behind this wonderful, wonderful St. Louis girl," said Beth Krueger.
