(KSDK News) -- If you had a chance to put a big ole pie right in the face of your boss, you'd do it right?
Well, that is just what one Alton, Illinois nurse got to do, but for Kathy Strasser, there was no venom or malice behind her putting a pie in her boss' face.
Strasser, an occupational health nurse at Alton Memorial got the chance to throw the pie right in the face of Brad Goacher, vice president of operations at AMH today, as part of National Hospital Week. In celebration of the week, raffle tickets were sold giving employees a chance to throw a pie (actually, a pie plate filled with whipped cream) into the face of an AMH manager or member of senior leadership.
Six winning tickets were drawn and six managers/senior leaders got splattered. Proceeds from the ticket sales benefited the AMH chaplain's fund.
