First, they took on Pink Floyd. Now, the Flaming Lips will pay tribute to The Beatles with a track-by-track re-imagining of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band called With a Little Help From My Fwends.

The Flaming Lips' tribute to the Fab Four's 1967 classic, due Oct. 28, will include several special guests. People who pre-order the album will receive an instant download of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds featuring Miley Cyrus and Moby.

In 2009, the group released The Flaming Lips and Stardeath and White Dwarfs with Henry Rollins and Peaches Doing The Dark Side of the Moon. Earlier this year, the band released Flaming Side of the Moon, designed to be played simultaneously with Pink Floyd's 1973 multi-platinum smash.

A portion of the proceeds from sales of With A Little Help From My Fwends will be donated to the Bella Foundation, a non-profit organization based in the band's hometown of Oklahoma City that assists low-income, elderly or terminally ill pet owners with the cost of veterinary care.
