LOS ANGELES (KSDK) – Team Usher's Josh Kaufman "Set Fire to the Rain" and won Season 6 of NBC's The Voice in the process, defeating Team Adam's Christina Grimmie and Team Blake's Jake Worthington.

Kaufman's first performance on Monday night was the Police's "Every Breath You Take" as well as Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" – the very battle-round track that got him stolen from Team Adam to Team Usher weeks ago.

His chances at winning came into question earlier Tuesday, when it was discovered that due to an iTunes error, his cover of "Set Fire to the Rain" wasn't getting the same sort of prominence as fellow Voice contestants.

NewsChannel 5's Heidi Glaus is live in Los Angeles, and she'll have a look at the competition on NewsChannel 5 at 10.
