Subscribers to Amazon Instant Video can now watch programming from HBO through the streaming video service.
The company confirmed the first wave of shows from HBO are available now on Instant Video, which requires an annual Amazon Prime subscription to access.
Programs available on the service include mostly older series such as The Sopranos, The Wire and Six Feet Under.
The two companies announced a multi-year deal last month for Amazon to host HBO shows through Instant Video. Although the majority of content will feature older programming, users will have access to earlier seasons of newer programs such as True Blood and Girls.
Amazon has a similar arrangement with cable channel Showtime to host older programs such as The Tudors and The L Word.
