ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – A fallen firefighter continues to help others.

The sixth annual basketball tournament honoring Leonard Riggins was held on Saturday. It raises money for the S.A.I.L. Foundation, a non-profit helping troubled teens.

Riggins was shot and killed in 2008 by a teenage carjacker who he stopped to help, thinking he was a stranded driver.

Following his death, his widow started the "Save An Innocent Life" or S.A.I.L. Foundation.

The tournament was held at the Herbert Hoover Boys Club.
