DALLAS, Texas – It's Kacy Catanzaro's world; we're all just living in it.
The five-foot, 100-pound former collegiate gymnast has become a viral sensation after conquering the obstacle course on 'American Ninja Warrior.'
Catanzaro, a New Jersey native, impressed on Monday night's episode from Dallas, becoming the first female contestant to advance to Mt. Midoriyama, a super obstacle course in Las Vegas.
But if you're a regular viewer of 'American Ninja Warrior,' you know the Dallas qualifying course was nothing to slouch at. For example: the warped wall, the 14-foot sloping structure that has stymied countless contestants at the end of their qualifying runs, was placed in the middle of the course. Catanzaro also navigated obstacles that would humble most people, men or women, in inspiring fashion.
She completed the course in 8 minutes, 59 seconds.
