HUNTLEIGH, Mo. – Here's something you don't see every day! A bison and a steer got loose from their yard in an affluent St. Louis suburb Friday morning.

The animals got loose from their front yard on Squires Lane in Huntleigh around 7 a.m.

Laurie Sullivan sent in a photo of the bison roaming an empty lot along Huntleigh Trails Lane. She says three Frontenac police cars responded to the area and waited for the owners.

Sullivan says the animals were returned to their yard safely.

According to Wall Street Cheat Sheet, Huntleigh has a population of only 369 and ranks as the country's wealthiest city.
