St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - St. Louis Police and federalauthoritiesare looking for a man and vehicle after they said someone threw a flaming object at the Federal Building in downtown St. Louis.

Authorities were called to the Robert A. Young Federal Building in the 1200 block of Spruce around 1:15 a.m. Monday.

St. Louis police said a witness saw a person light an unknown object on fire and throw it at the granite walls of thebuilding, striking the northwest corner. The person then got in a car and drove off.

The object discolored an area of the wall, but there was not significant damage.

The police department and FBI is looking for a man who was driving a 1990s model Chevrolet Camaro with partial Illinois license plates N50.The Camaro isgrey and does not have any hub caps.
