Madison County, IL (KSDK) - A 34-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing.

Police say they received a call about drug activity shortly after 10 p.m. on Sunday, May 6.

When they arrived at the home on Ray Street in Cottage Hills, Illinois, officers were told a woman named Rachael was using meth.

Authorities met with 34-year-old Rachael D. Toner, and found an active methamphetamine lab inside the home.

The lab was processed by The Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois and the Illinois State Police Methamphetamine Response Team.

Toner was arrested and taken to the Madison County Jail.

Three children were inside the home at the time and placed in protective custody.

Bond is set at $350,000.
