Potosi, MO (KSDK) - A Potosi, Missouri woman is in custody after a house fire was ruled arson.

Around 11 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were dispatched to a home in the 300 block of Mineral Street in Potosi.

Fire officials found 30-year-old Dwayn Ducharme unresponsive in the basement. He was declared dead at the scene.

Amy Huff, 43, was taken into custody and charged with first-degree arson, first-degree trafficking, five counts of possession of a chemical with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Huff is held in the Washington County Jail on a $250,000 cash-only bond.
