NEW YORK (AP) - JPMorgan Chase says its surprise trading loss grew to $4.4 billion. The bank's original estimate was $2 billion.

The bank made the announcement Friday as it reported its quarterly earnings.

CEO Jamie Dimon says the bank has "significantly reduced" the risk involved in the trade.
