St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - There are seven local athletes, including an alternate, at the London Olympics.

These local athletes are representing the United States in soccer, track and field, wrestling, and as a replacement athlete in gymnastics.

Soccer player Becky Sauerbrunn attended Ladue High School. The next time the women play in London is Saturday.

Wrestler Spenser Mango was born in St. Louis and he'll compete August 5.

Representing the US in Track and Field is Ryan Bailey, who attended Rend Lake College; Brittany Borman from De Soto; Dawn Harper from East St. Louis; and Chantae McMillan from Rolla. Track and Field starts August 3.

Gymnastics alternate Sarah Finnegan is from Town and Country. The women's team competition is Tuesday.
