Wentzville, MO (KSDK) - The St. Louis Training and Employment Agency (SLATE) has been asked by General Motors in Wentzville to help recruit for open positions.
Applicants who wish to be entered into the pool do not have to meet a minimum education or experience qualification. A random selection process is used by GM to randomly select those to begin the application process.
Anyone who would like to be entered into the applicant pool must visit a SLATE Missouri Career Center in person.
Applicants will be required to register with SLATE, prove citizenship, take an assessment, and watch an orientation video. The process can take up to 45 minutes.
The recruiting process begins August 20 and ends Friday, August 31.
SLATE Career Centers are located at 1520 Market on the third floor and at 4711 Delmar. They are open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except Wednesdays when they open at 9 a.m.
