St. Louis (KSDK) - It still needs to be certified by the Secretary of State, but it looks like Glenn Koenen will face Ann Wagner in the race for Missouri's 2nd Congressional District in November.

Harold Whitfield requested a recount after he lost to Koenen by just 49 votes in the August primary.

Missouri allows candidates who lose by less than one percent to request a recount.

The 2nd Congressional District encompasses parts of St. Louis, St. Charles, and Jefferson counties.

All three counties have recounted the votes and it looks like Koenen won by 46 votes.
