Denver (KMGH/CNN) - Crowds are expected for Tuesday night's memorial service for Jessica Ridgeway.

She's the 10-year-old girl who was abducted and murdered on her way to school.

The memorial service is set to be held at Faith Bible Chapel in Arvada, Colorado. It wasn't the family's church, but it holds 2,600 people.

The pastor spoke out Monday about what he hopes to accomplish with the memorial.

"That we're sorry. That we ask the Lord to comfort them in this difficult time, that we just want to be there to talk with them, to be of any of assistance, mostly to listen," said john Malito, Associate Pastor of Faith Bible Chapel.

People planning to attend the service are asked to wear purple, Jessica's favorite color.

There has been no arrest in the case, but the FBI released a psychological profile and asked for the public to help look for suspects.
