St. Louis (KSDK) - The newest addition at the Saint Louis Zoo is sure to get some visitors when it warms up this weekend.

Sabia, the baby giant anteater made her debut with her mother Thursday.

She was born back in August and has a long snout and black-and-white stripes. The newborn rests on her mother's back while she looks for food.

Adult giant anteaters will eat up to 30,000 ants in one day, and the tongue of an anteater will extend up to two feet to capture their prey.
