Bunker, MO. ( KSDK ) -- A house fire claimed the lives of two young brothers. A woman and three other children managed to escape theearly morningin Bunker, Missouri.

Reynolds County Sheriff Tom Volner tells NewsChannel 5 thevictims,ages threemonths and two years,did not live at the small framehome on Highway 72. He says they were being watched by a friend of their mother.

Volner says thevictims were sleeping in the home's front room when the blaze erupted. TheMissouri State Fire Marshal sent an investigator to help determine what sparked the fire.

SheriffVolnersaid investigatorsdon't know what started the fire, or if the cause is suspicious.
