"The situation that occurred last night is upsetting, and we are thankful the Charter service partner is safe and has been released from the hospital.
"The safety of all Charter representatives is our utmost priority. Although we consider it a privilege to serve our customers and be allowed in their homes, Charter representatives are always given the option of declining doing a job if they feel the area is unsafe. In addition, our crews often work together in pairs to increase their safety. We are working with authorities and doing everything possible to aid in this investigation."
