ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The St. Louis Cardinals have agreed to terms with pitchers Mitchell Boggs and Edward Mujica.

Both were signed to one year contracts for the 2013 season, avoiding salary arbitration.

Boggs, 28, was named to Team USA's provisional roster for the World Baseball Classic. He appeared in a career high 78 games last season with an ERA of 2.21.

Mujica, also 28, was acquired from Miami last season and help solidify the Cardinal's bullpen at the end of the season. He posted a 1.03 ERA in 29 games with the Cardinals.
