A popular Webster Groves restaurant is known for its farm to table concept and butchery. The Block Restaurant just opened a location in the Central West End.

"Here it's a lot of the same in terms of our specialty items. We're known for our burger, some of the specialty cuts, the pork chops are really popular, but in terms of different we're doing a little bit more of Italian flare here," said Brian Doherty, Chef/Co-Owner, The Block Restaurant.

"We tried to keep as much, probably about 60% of it the same and probably about another 20% being specials and then another 20% indigenous to this restaurant," explained Marc Del Pietro, Chef/Co-Owner, The Block Restaurant.

The owners believe their concept of fresh cut meats at an affordable price point helps draw in all types of people.
