Once the weather warms up food trucks will hit the streets. Bombay Food Junkies will serve up vegetarian Indian dishes to you next month.

"The idea for a food truck I guess is from the traditional street hawkers back in India," explained Sid Panchal, Bombay Food Junkies.

The Panchal's say the items they'll offer aren't like many of the Indian dishes you've had before. Most Indian restaurants in the United States serve items from northern India, but Bobmay Food Junkies will be bringing tastes from their hometown of Bombay.

"The British once ruled India so they left us with sandwiches and pizzas and then the China and the neighboring countries its got some influence on it, said Krupa Panchal.

The truck will hit the streets in mid April, but they're still hoping to raise about $1,500 more to wrap the truck. If you want to help them visit http://kck.st/WHrGpx
