SAN JOSE, Calif. (KSDK)- Keyed by a 21-4 run to end the first half, the Oregon Ducks kept up their angry birds NCAA tournament run, 74-57, in San Jose, CA.

The Billikens couldn't solve Oregon's switch to a zone defense in the first half, and the Ducks turned a 15-14 deficit into a 36-19 halftime lead. SLU scored the first four points of the second half, but Oregon quickly righted their ship and maintained a commanding lead the rest of the way. The Billikens never got closer than 11.

Saint Louis U. didn't hit their first three-pointer until midway through the second half and finished 3-for-21 for the game.

Kwamain Mitchell ended his Billikens career with a team-high 18 points. Evans added 16.

SLU's season comes to an end after gathering the most wins in school history. Their final record was 28-7.

Oregon (28-8), upset with their 12th seed by the tournament committee, now moves on to Indianapolis to meet the tournament's top-seeded team in Louisville.
