ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The St. Louis Cardinals home opener weather forecast looks fairly agreeable Monday.

Warm, breezy, and mostly cloudy weather for those heading to the pre-game and game activities at Busch Stadium. A slight chance of a passing shower or thunderstorm remains in the forecast, which could happen at any time this afternoon, but no long rain events are expected today.

What a difference a year makes. The forecast for this year's Cardinals home opening game calls for temperatures to be upwards of 20 degrees warmer than last year, when the Cardinals took on the Cubs to kick off the 2012 home season schedule. That game was delayed by almosttwo hours because of rain.

Go Cardinals!!!!
