O'FALLON, Mo. (KSDK) - Two St. Charles County teens are charged after allegedly stealing medication from someone's hand.

O'Fallon, Mo. police were called to the 1300 block of Highway K shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday for a report of stealing.

Alex Michael Stigall, 18, of St. Peters, and Jermel Ramonte Higgins, 18, of St. Charles, are accused of sitting inside a pharmacy and listening to what people were prescribed so they could decide which medications to steal.

The victim told officers she was followed out of the store, and one of the suspects ripped the medication out of her hand. The two are then said to have run off toward a car.

Stigall and Higgins are each charged with one count of physically taking property appropriated from a victim. They are each held on $25,000 bonds.
