BRIDGETON, Mo. (KSDK) - A radioactive dump near Lambert-St. Louis International Airport takes center stage at a public meeting Thursday night.
The meeting was called by the group St. Louis Radiation Waste Legacy to discuss water testing results at the West Lake Landfill.
The Environmental Protection Agency insists there is no risk to people who live around the site.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at the International Operating Engineers Union Hall in Bridgeton.
