ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Brady Stewart has gone from 90-pound weakling to super strong man - and a year from now, he could very well be a world champion.

A 675 pound lift won him the gold at the U.S. bench press nationals - a victory that came after he'd competed in the event for years

"I've been thinking about this moment every day for the past six years," Stewart said. "I will never stop pushing until I pass out of die."

Now, he'll have the chance to win the world title in Denmark while representing team USA in May. To do it, he says he's going to lift between 711 and 730 pounds.

"I said Brady, if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will," he said.
