ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Part of Broadway will close on days the St. Louis Rams play at home this season.
According to the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission, eastbound Interstate 70 exits at Broadway will close two hours and 45 minutes before game time until one hour after the game ends. Eastbound traffic on I-70 heading downtown will need to exit at Pine.
Lumiere Casino will be accessible from Pine by turning right on 4th Street and right on Carr Street.
Broadway will close between Cole Street and Convention Plaza two hours and 30 minutes before game time and remain closed until one hour after the game ends.
Visitors wishing to park north of the Edward Jones Dome will need to turn right on 4th Street from Pine, and turn left on Cass.
Drivers can drop off visitors with disabilities by exiting the highway at Pine, turning right on 4th Street, left on Biddle, continue on Broadway and turn left, continue to the intersection of Broadway and Cole. A security guard will be in the area to assist.
These closures are in addition to the usual closures around the Dome, Cole Street, and Convention Plaza, which take effect four hours before game time.
The CVC is also reminding fans of the new NFL bag policy. The following bags are the only ones allowed inside the Dome:
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC not exceeding 12"x6"x12"
- One gallon clear plastic freezer bag
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5"x6.5"
- Medically necessary items may be permitted in after inspection at the entrance gate
