DARDENNE PRAIRIE, Mo. (KSDK) - The Dardenne Prairie Board of Aldermen could vote on an apartment complex that has divided the area Wednesday night.

An 11-acre lot near the Barathaven subdivision could be rezoned to allow for a 240-unit apartment complex, but residents say it would stress city services and cause traffic issues.

Earlier this month, more than 200 residents turned out to a meeting to show their opposition for the project.

The board is expected to take a final vote.
