ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) - A man accused of participating in anOlivette home invasion has been charged.
Devontez Talley of St. Louis is charged with first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary.
A mother and her daughter were roughed up outside of a home on Beechmont, just south of Old Bonhomme Road around 10:30 a.m. Monday.
They were in a vehicle, backing out of a driveway, when the suspects surrounded them, removed them from the vehicle, and took them side the home. Four men demanded cash and jewelry. The younger woman was hit in the head with a pistol. Her mother suffered an arm injury.
The older woman was able to get away and call for help.
Olivette police say an investigation has indentified two other suspects. Charges have not yet been filed against those individuals. They also say the victims were targeted, and that this was not a random attack.
Talley is held on a $100,000 bond.
