TROY, Mo. (KSDK) - The Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged a 57-year-old Troy, Missouri man for allegedly exposing himself to a group of children earlier in the week.
According to the Troy Police Department, the incident took place Wednesday, October 16 around 6:15 p.m. in the 200 block of Gobbler Lane.
The responding officer met with a homeowner, who said her children were screaming and crying, saying the neighbor had pulled his pants down and was touching his penis whenever they looked in his direction.
At this same time, another officer had pulled over that neighbor, identified as Marvin Paladini, on a traffic stop. Paladini told the officers he outside in his yard, but was only urinating.
Paladini's wife reiterated that claim, adding there were no children in the next yard.
An officer spoke with each of the children separately, who confirmed what their mother said.
Paladini was taken into custody on three counts of sexual misconduct involving a child younger than 15. He remains jailed on $50,000 cash-only bond.
Officers said they were flagged down while they were leaving the neighborhood by other residents, who said Paladini has acted in this manner for some time, and citing previous attempts by Paladini to give their children rides home from the bus stop.
