KSDK - A new technology might add a new level of embarrassment to conspicuously Instagramming something.
Google has filed a patent for a technology that lets you "heart" things in real life via Google Glass by making the same "heart" hand gesture that teens and pop stars love.
Per the patent, by making the heart gesture in front of an object, you would trigger the Glass to analyze what you're looking at, and then proceed to tell all of your Facebook fans that the image is "liked."
Another element of the patent? The ability to frame an image by making two L shapes with their hands, thereby telling Google Glass to take a picture. Because that won't look weird at all.
There's no word yet on whether the patent will actually be implemented.
