Moline Acres, Mo (KSDK) - Tre-vun Walker, a boy who went missing from Moline Acres, was found Friday morning nearly 16 hours after he was last seen by his family.

His mother, Louisa Love, said Tre-vun had been at a friend's house, but never called family to tell them.They reunited in front of the police station in Moline Acres.

According to Love, Tre-vun walked to the library from his nearby grandmother's house. The Lewis and Clark branch of the St. Louis County Library is located off of Highway 367 near Chambers. Tre-vun's 14-year-old brother spoke with Tre-vun in the parking lot of the library and saw his brother go back inside the library around 4 p.m. Thursday. He had not been seen since.

A tip from a local resident who saw the story about Tre-vun missing is what led investigators to the house where he was located. The boy was sleeping and didn't know about the search.

The family said they spent several hours in the evening calling family and friends trying to locate the boy. They called police around 2 a.m. Friday after they were unable to findhim.
