St. Louis (KSDK) - A jury has convicted a local attorney and clergyman of bilking investors out of more than $50 million in a Ponzi scheme.

Martin Sigillito, 63, of Webster Groves was found guilty of all 20 counts and taken into federal custody.

Sigillioto is an ordained priest and bishop in the church of the American Anglican Convocation, and also has a Clayton law office.

From 2000 to 2010 investors loaned Sigillito and his co-conspirator money for real estate projects in England, but they kept most of the money.
