St. Louis (KSDK) -- The BBB says it has received several complaints from customers who bought items off of three separate websites.

Customers tell the BBB Goldstamp Custom Albums of Arnold, Missouri, has kept money or personal albums, some for months, without filling their orders.

Other buyers report problems with the website One woman told the BBB she paid more than $1,100 to a seller reportedly in St. Louis for two cockatoos but never received the birds. The website suggests only dealing with local sellers and buyers and to avoid using wire transfers for online purchases.

Finally, the BBB says it has received more than 200 complaints about a New Jersey company that sells decorative ribbon and more. Customers tell the BBB they never received orders from JKM Ribbon and Trims and the company refused to refund their payments.
