Dellwood, Mo (KSDK) -- A 17-year-old boy is accused of killing an Imo's Pizza delivery driver.

St. Louis County police said the prosecuting attorney's office charged Earon A. Rivers with second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and robbery. A bond has not been set in the case.

St. Louis County police said they responded to a call of a person slumped over in a car in the 1600 block of Mowbry in Dellwood Monday.

They found Brian Johnson, 39, shot and killed. They said three pizzas and a cell phone were taken.

Johnson worked for the Imo's Pizza in the 2100 block of Chambers.
