Clayton, MO (KSDK) - Kids who don't get enough sleep can get cranky, even have behavior problems and if it goes on long enough, develop some serious health risks.

Bedtime can be a constant battle. But here's something that might make you feel better: according to new research out of California, children in the United States do appear to be getting the recommended amount of sleep.
