ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - A third man has been arrested and accused of participating in an assault on a man attempting to purchase a car he found on Craigslist.

James McConnell, 19, has been charged with three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of first-degree robbery, and six counts of armed criminal action.

Devion Russell and Christopher Duffy havealready been arrested and charged with five counts of first-degree robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, and eight counts of armed criminal action for the April 3 crime.

The victimtold police he was shot while responding to the Craigslist ad. He received serious injuries but survived.
