ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Eighty veterans from across the country are in St. Louis this weekend for an intensive training program.

Charlie Orientation has been held in many major cities. It's designed to transform them from leaders on the battlefield to leaders on the home front.

Now it's our turn.

And it's all sponsored by local nonprofit The Mission Continues that has really spread its wings to lead the national conversation about veterans' issues.

Eric Greitens, founder and CEO of Mission Continues, served as a U.S. Navy Seal officer. He visited NewsChannel 5's First@4 to talk to Kay Quinn about Charlie Orientation.
