ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – There's no doubt he's on the mind of many Cardinals fans right now.
Wednesday afternoon a Stan Musial painting found its place on the wall of the Art Lounge at the Missouri Athletic Club in downtown St. Louis. The portrait was done by Robert Templeton, an artist best known for his works of U.S. presidents and Martin Luther King.
Musial's family auctioned off quite a few of Stan's belongings last month, but thought this particular painting should go to a place where people could see and enjoy it. Musial was a member of the Missouri Athletic Club for more than 40 years.
