ST. ANN (KSDK) – One of the two condemned buildings at the Colonial Apartment complex on Geraldine Avenue is expected to reopen Tuesday with the city of St. Ann's approval, according to the building's property manager.

If the building is reopened, all of the occupants of the apartment's 20 units can return.

The other building has a sewage problem that crews are working to resolve. As of Tuesday morning, they believed the issue is a collapsed sewer line, but they didn't have a firm timeline for repairs. That building also had 20 evacuated units.

There's no word yet on what accommodations, if any, have been made for the tenants who were displaced.
