ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – A 17-year-old has been charged with second-degree murder after a 29-year-old man was found dead inside a home in south city on Dec. 6.

Terrell Brown admitted to driving another person to the home of 29-year-old Ryan Faulstich in the 3700 block of W. Upton. He told police that his unidentified passenger was selling Faulstitch heroin.

The defendant told police that he gave that person his gun, and admitted to disposing of the gun after his unidentified acquaintance brought the gun back to him, according to a probable cause statement.

Brown told police that while his acquaintance was inside the home, Faulstich was shot several times, ultimately dying from the wounds. Brown's passenger gave him money after the shooting.

Police found Faulstitch dead inside the home with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and abdomen.

Brown has been charged with second degree murder, armed criminal action and the distribution of a controlled substance. He is being held without bond.
