ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – City of St. Louis officials will announce a new plan to crack down on drunk drivers.

Police will launch a "no refusal zone," where officers will request a search warrant to draw blood if you're pulled over under the suspicion of drunk driving and refuse to take a breathalyzer.

According to officials, the refusal rate in the City of St. Louis is more than 50 percent.
